Aishwarya rai looks fat ? Or is a marketing strategy

Aishwarya Rai looks fat ???
Few days back I saw few pictures of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a news article over internet. Truly speaking, she looked fat and old. Actually, the news article was also on rising concern among Aishwarya Rai’s fans regarding her post pregnancy looks. She looked clearly unpleasantly fat(few even say her “ugly”).
Again, yesterday in an advertise of some beauty product from “Loreal”(of which Ms. Bachchan is the brand ambassador) she looked stunningly beautiful. The ad, I am talking about is a new one which I saw yesterday for the first time. The thing which immediately twigged my mind is why Aishwarya Rai was least bothered about her post pregnancy looks when her fans are openly discussing about it. Normally a lady of such repute and position will always try to maintain her looks and try to keep her fans attached to her so far as possible. She has not attained any near to the age when people stop caring about these things and let go everything and succumb to the effects of ageing. Then why she didn’t cared (or at least she acted like she doesn’t care). She should have cared, at least when the discussion is going all over the internet.
The thing which came to my mind is that, can it be a marketing strategy from Loreal ? To show openly(but casually) the real picture of the lady to the public and then release an ad just after few days when the discussion is hot. After watching her pictures in the news article, it is obvious that whenever we think about her, those pictures where she looked fat will come to our mind. So, naturally, while looking at the ad, her actual picture will come to our mind and thereafter a straightforward comparison between her actual and Loreal maked up look; proving Loreal’s quality and effectiveness.
This is what immediately came to my mind. I don’t know. I maybe wrong. I don’t know why and how it came to my mind but just because the thought came to my mind I feel like sharing it here.
